How VOICE Works
From filing to resolution — a clear, legally compliant process every step of the way.
A resident logs in and submits a blotter report with the incident type, narrative, location, and optional photo evidence.
A barangay officer reviews the report, approves or routes it, and assigns the appropriate prescribed action.
Both parties are notified of the hearing schedule. Attendance is tracked. Outcomes are recorded following KP Law guidelines.
Case is resolved, dismissed, or referred to the appropriate authority (PNP, VAWC, or Municipality) with a proper CFA if needed.
